Write 'demuxer' using EncodedFile, Link, Fragment for video containers (RIFF, Ogg, MPEG, ...)

Description

Using such demuxer it will possible to parse each stream and then have really high quality informations on each stream. On AVI video (and any video using "MP3" codec), it will be possible to reuse MPEG audio parser to get exact sampling rate, bit rate, etc.
